CONTEMPORARY CRAFTS & DESIGN

About me

I’m a ceramicist from Montevideo, Uruguay.

My creative practice explores the relationship between materiality, form and process through ceramics, glass and metal. Working across different disciplines allows me to investigate how materials behave, transform and communicate through objects that exist between design, craft and artistic research.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Ceramics, where I first developed a deep interest in material exploration and making. Since then, my work has expanded beyond clay into other mediums, while maintaining a strong focus on experimentation, texture and the dialogue between organic forms and technical precision.

Each collection emerges from a process of observation, research and material inquiry. Inspired by natural structures, transformation processes and tactile experiences, I create objects that invite a closer relationship with the materials from which they are made.

My work can be purchased through Instagram as well as in some local shops. For more information about this, commissions or collaborations, please don´t hesitate to contact me.
