HANDMADE CERAMICS

Glass Jewelry

This collection originates from an experiment in thermoforming recycled glass, sourced from bottles. The result is a small sample of the aesthetic and formal possibilities that glass offers when exposed to different temperatures.

Working with kiln-formed glass pieces closely resembles the ceramic process, both in methodology and in the physical transformations that occur during firing.

Although this is not my first time working with glass, it is my first experience with metal finishing. Discovering the principles of forming pieces in nickel silver was a real challenge and marks a new path I’m eager to continue exploring.
